Credit Collection and Enforcement Actions

We provide support to clients throughout the whole credit collection process, including by providing an immediate protection through precautionary measures, such as bank account attachment and  seizures.

We provide our clients with a team that has more than 20 years of experience and which works closely with  providers specialised in tracing commercial information and asset investigation. We are therefore in a position to  provide, even just in a preliminary stage, all necessary information on credit recoverability, which is measured on the chances of actually retrieving assets from the debtor.

We assist our clients in the negotiation of settlement agreements that include guarantees and we support them throughout all subsequent stages of the enforcement order, up to forced expropriation through bank attachments or bankruptcy petitions.

We also provide professional support to clients whose debtors are involved in insolvency proceedings, by sitting in creditors’ committees, or by filing credit recovery actions in the framework of a bankruptcy procedure.
