Contact Form (Microsoft Forms)
The contact form is managed via Microsoft Forms, a service external to the Wix platform provided by Microsoft Corporation. This form collects: first and last name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of the message.
The data entered in the form is processed by Microsoft Corporation in accordance with its privacy policy and may be transferred to servers located outside the European Union, in compliance with the guarantees provided by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).
Application Form (Wix Forms)
The "Work With Us" section contains an application form managed by the Wix platform. This form collects your name, email address, phone number, and CV (attached file).
No data relating to criminal convictions, legal proceedings, or special categories of data pursuant to Article 9 of the GDPR are requested or collected.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, only your email address is collected. Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in each communication or by contacting the Data Controller.
Navigation Data
During normal operation, the systems used to operate the site acquire certain technical data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet protocols: IP addresses, domain names, URI addresses of requested resources, time of request, and server response method and size. This data is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by its nature, it may allow this through processing with third-party data.

Contact request management: respond to information requests received via the contact form. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Data Controller).

Personnel selection: evaluation of candidate profiles for open positions at the Firm. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (fulfilment of legal obligations in the field of employment).

Newsletter sending — sending informative communications, regulatory updates, and firm news. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent of the interested party, freely given and revocable at any time).

Website operation and security: ensuring the proper functioning of the website and preventing fraudulent activity. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Data Controller).

The data is processed using IT tools and stored for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected:

• Contact form data: up to 24 months from receipt of the request, except for defensive purposes.

• Application data: up to 12 months from receipt of the CV, unless otherwise agreed with the candidate.

• Newsletter data: until consent is revoked.

• Browsing data: for the time necessary to manage the session and, in system logs, for a maximum of 12 months.

I dati personali non sono venduti né ceduti a terzi a fini commerciali. Possono essere comunicati o resi accessibili alle seguenti categorie di soggetti:

Wix.com Ltd: fornitore della piattaforma di hosting e dei servizi Wix (form di candidatura, newsletter, cookie banner). Sede: Tel Aviv, Israele. Wix garantisce il rispetto del GDPR tramite Clausole Contrattuali Standard.

Microsoft Corporation: gestore del form di contatto (Microsoft Forms). I dati possono essere trattati su server extra-UE nel rispetto delle garanzie del GDPR.

Google LLC: la mappa interattiva nella pagina Contatti è integrata tramite Google Maps. L'interazione con la mappa può comportare la raccolta di dati da parte di Google. Informativa: policies.google.com/privacy.

LinkedIn Corporation: il sito include un link al profilo aziendale LinkedIn. L'accesso avviene sul sito LinkedIn e soggiace alle relative politiche privacy.

I contenuti video presenti sul sito sono ospitati direttamente sulla piattaforma Wix e non su servizi di terze parti, pertanto la loro visualizzazione non comporta trasferimenti di dati a soggetti esterni.

Ai sensi degli artt. 15-22 GDPR, l'interessato ha diritto di: accedere ai propri dati personali; ottenerne la rettifica o la cancellazione; chiedere la limitazione del trattamento; ricevere i dati in formato portabile; opporsi al trattamento; revocare il consenso prestato in qualsiasi momento, senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento effettuato prima della revoca.

L'interessato ha inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
