We support clients in the judicial and extra-judicial management of family crisis. We advise our clients in the management of financial relationships inside, de facto families, and in the appointment of guardians, curators or support administrators for individuals with special needs .

While dealing with family crisis, we always strongly encourage clients to seek agreements for consensual separations and joint divorces, with an eye to protect children, from bitter family disputes. However, we are also prepared to litigate the matter to the end, when this is required to ensure full protection of clients’ rights.
